A service agreement under which CLEANGOOD services is stationed at Client facility at scheduled periods to carry out regular maintenance exercises to ensure that facility is always in good condition.
One-Off Cleaning
under which CLEANGOOD Services undertakes a one-time deep cleaning exercise at the client’s facility.
Post Construction Cleaning
A service agreement under which CLEANGOOD Services undertakes the cleaning of just completed offices, apartments etc.
Cleaning Consultation
Our cleaning consultation is an agreement to advise clients on space hygiene, assess cleaning needs, and provide industry insights.

Under each of the above-mentioned service agreements, we undertake (in summary) the following activities;

Offices

  • Sweeping, dust mopping, spot mopping and vacuum cleaning.
  • Dust cleared surface of desk, tables, file cabinets and counter tops
  • Dust chairs, clocks, picture frames etc.
  • Spot cleaning dirty areas around light switches and luminaires, partition glasses and doors
  • Fluff cushions and arrange files and other items as required

  • Wipe and polish doorknobs and light fixtures
  • Dress and keep beds, change bed sheets and pillowcases

Specialized Services

  • To maintain your cherished space adequately, restorative cleaning services will be performed periodically. These services include exterior window cleaning and floor cleaning with a mechanical scrubber. In this regard, Cleangood will as part of its cleaning program, perform these restorative cleaning assignments at an agreed fee
  • Other additional services that clients may require would be discussed at their convenience and factored into our daily schedule
  • Auto / Vehicle Cleaning Service; As part of our specialised services rendered, Cleangood Services also prides itself in keeping client’s vehicles in pristine condition with particular attention paid to detailing. We offer a full range of cleaning and care services, employing the best and efficient range of car care products to keep vehicles in good condition and also keep customers satisfied

When you sign up with CLEANGOOD, CG Tracker begins with a first impressions survey. We check every aspect of your cleaning requirements, and determine what and where to focus our attention and expertise.

After an agreed initial period, usually 1 day, a CLEANGOOD service Operations Specialist physically inspects your property and measures our lasting impressions. This process uses a 20-point checklist, so nothing is left to chance
